Graeme is a highly experienced global leader in investment, funds management, and infrastructure, with a career spanning senior executive and board roles across multiple continents. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Arteria, an ASX-listed infrastructure group, where he led the organisation’s strategic growth and operational performance.

Prior to this, Graeme held senior leadership roles at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), IFM Investors, and Alinda Capital Partners. Across these roles, he was instrumental in building global investment teams and implementing robust risk management and post-acquisition strategies.

Graeme has served as a Non-Executive Director on more than a dozen major corporate boards across Australia, North America, Europe, and South America. His expertise spans board governance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, ESG, and stakeholder engagement. Passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable value, Graeme focuses on infrastructure, utilities, transport, and large-scale capital projects in his board and advisory work.

Mr David Noko is an internationally renowned business leader and holds several qualifications including a higher diploma in mechanical engineering from the Wits Technikon/University of Johannesburg, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Heriot-Watt University, a Management Development Programme (MDP) from Wits University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Company Directorship from the Graduate Institute of Management Technology. He has attended and completed the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School. David’s previous work experience includes South African Breweries and Pepsi Cola International. He held senior and executive roles at Air Chefs, De Beers Consolidated Mines Limited and AngloGold Ashanti Limited. His experience and business acumen have seen him serve on the Boards of Royal Bafokeng Platinum Limited, Harmony Gold and Astrapak Limited and Tongaat Hulett Limited as a Non-Executive Director. He is currently the Chairman of the Council of the University of the Free State and is also a Non-Executive Director at Aveng Moolmans Holdings.

Naidene brings more than 25 years of experience across financial services, with a strong track record in senior leadership and governance roles. She has held key executive positions including Group Chief Financial Officer at Alexander Forbes and the South African Reserve Bank, and began her career with KPMG, where she developed deep expertise in financial reporting, audit, and advisory services.

Naidene’s extensive board experience spans several leading organisations, including Capitec Bank Holdings and SA Corporate Real Estate. She is highly regarded for her expertise in audit, risk management, and financial oversight, having chaired multiple audit and risk committees throughout her career.

Her deep understanding of complex financial environments, combined with her governance experience, positions her as a valuable contributor to Aveng’s strategic and risk oversight.

Mr Meyer is a founding member of Ducera Partners, with vast experience in financial, restructuring and advisory services. He was a founding member of Millstein and Co and previously, the managing director of Perella Weinberg Partners, with core competencies in finance and advisory services. From 2003 to 2012 Mr Meyer was a member of the financial restructuring group of Houlihan Lokey. Previous work experience includes Lazard as a member of the mergers and acquisitions group.

Murray is an experienced infrastructure, property and construction leader with more than 35 years’ experience. He spent 30 years with Lendlease in senior executive and operational roles before joining Macquarie Capital, where he led major development and advisory engagements on significant Australian infrastructure projects, including Sydney Metro Martin Place, Snowy 2.0 and Sydney Metro West.

Murray is Chair of A.G. Coombs, a Director of Squadron Energy and a Senior Adviser to AustralianSuper. He was appointed to the Aveng Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director in June 2026.

Sean has over 30 years’ industry experience from contract and claims negotiation, project engineering, project
and construction management, implementing company strategies, leading mergers and acquisitions, trouble shooting in underperforming projects and businesses, as well as full executive responsibility for a large portfolio of businesses and major projects. He was previously with Murray & Roberts for 19 years where he occupied a range of operational, general management and executive director board roles.

Fraser is an experienced construction industry professional with over 30 years of experience.

He has worked extensively in the infrastructure sector, encompassing various aspects such as design, major project construction, and general management of multi-disciplinary civil contracting. He has worked in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Southeast Asia and the Pacific.

Throughout his career, Fraser has demonstrated a strong commitment to high-quality project execution and driving sustained commercial growth. He is recognised for cultivating a positive culture and achieving results.

Adrian has served as Group Finance Director and CFO of Aveng Limited since September 2014 and has been instrumental in leading the Group’s transformation into a focused international infrastructure, building and mining business. As part of Aveng’s executive leadership team, he continues to drive operational performance, strategic growth and value creation across the Group.

With more than 25 years’ experience spanning assurance, transactions, advisory services and executive leadership, Adrian has built a distinguished career across the construction, engineering and mining sectors. Prior to joining Aveng, he held a number of senior leadership positions with Ernst & Young, including Partner, Head of Mining for Africa and Managing Partner of Transaction Advisory Services Africa, where he advised leading multinational organisations on complex transactions, restructuring initiatives and strategic growth opportunities.

Throughout his tenure at Aveng, Adrian has played a pivotal role in the Group’s turnaround and transformation strategy, leading major debt restructurings, equity raisings, asset disposals and liquidity management programmes. His deep commercial acumen, extensive experience in international capital markets and ability to navigate complex business challenges have established him as a trusted strategic leader and steward of the Group’s financial performance.
